Do you want to get to the roots of things that have been bothering you "forever"?
Understand what´s really going on between you and a certain person?

(unconscious) motivations.
In Systemic Constellation Work (referring to Bert Hellinger) it is understood that we are
living in systems. First of all in the system of the family that we were born in. Extending
into relationships, tribes, generations, nations, social groups, etc. Or as intra-personal
as body, mind and soul, the system of our body with all its elements or even aspects of
our personality.
As an example, like a living body, a family system is constantly responding to changes,
aiming to assure its stability no matter the cost to the individuals.
At the same time every event is represented within the system´s consciousness, whether
it is overtly acknowledged or not.
Unresolved aspects of family history can therefore result in all kinds of phenomena for
family members, causing depression, self-sabotage, addictions, being accident-prone,
diseases, relationship issues,... you name it.
When the roots of symptoms are brought to light and are acknowledged, dynamics often
lose their charge and influence, re-establishing the flow of love between the generations
and opening space for a freer and more satisfying life.
In that way Systemic Constellation Work is a remarkable tool for revealing underlying
dynamics, examining them (which in itself very often is relieving and healing already!) and
allowing the system to re-structure to the advantage of every person involved.
